The company never contacts me when they are coming nor do they inform me when they have been there. I have had the same traps at my house for a year almost to date with dead spiders in them. We really dont beleive they actually ever come to the house. They just say they do.I have reached out and asked them to come when someone is home so we can discuss what we need done. And it never happens. Honestly if I wasnt so busy id fine someone else to do my service.
