I had yellow jackets nesting inside the soffits of my house. The technician, Jim Gibbons, was outstanding even before he got to my house. He called in advance to let me know exactly when he was coming (at the beginning of the time window, as well), and talked me through some questions over the phone. At my house, he explained to me in layman's terms the habits of the yellow jackets, exactly what he was going to do, what to expect after he left, how to look out for/control future infestations, and addressed any worries that I had. He was pleasant and it was obvious he is knowledgeable about his work beyond just the job at hand. I never felt talked down to or rushed. I was most impressed that he was sensitive to and aware of environmental impacts; this is extremely important to my family. This makes me feel very comfortable to use your company again in the future.
