I have been a home paramount customer for at least two years, for quarterly spraying. I am scheduled for inside and outside treatments. At the visit on 2/14/17, despite my car being in the driveway, I was given no notice (like ringing my doorbell) that the technician was at my home. This is the second time a circumstance like this has occurred. I have no proof the actual service was provided, yet I am expected to pay the amount on the invoice. I called today to complain and was told the supervisor will contact me. Despite the passage of about 4 hours, I have yet to receive a call.
