Can’t say I’m happy. I requested service due to a flea infestation (I don’t own pets) and a tech came. He was very nice but didn’t appear to be thorough. He mentioned that fleas would hide in the shade but I was in the yard when he was spraying and he didn’t spray in many places in the yard that were completely in the shade!? He was there approx. 15 min and said he was done. I just received a notice from my credit card that the Harbor Pest Control $99 service charge was billed. So I am being billed for the typical quarterly service but a Very cursory treatment was done for a specific pest, not a typical, “complete”, spray for all species service. The original technician I had when I started the service was Extremely thorough but they moved him to service Coronado. Sadly, I have not been confident with the tech for some time and am likely canceling my service. An aside, today, 2 days later, I have fleas in the garage...
