Definitely not the best first impression. They left the gate open so my dogs could get out and parked in front of my garbage bins in front of the street and cause the trash service to skip my house.

Hi Jeff , I do apologize that this happened to you. The technician that was out is new and young, this was actually his first new start on his own after training and he was very nervous and these actions were not intentional. We will review this with the tech and make sure he is shutting gates securely and not blocking trash cans etc when parking. We hope to prove to you we care about our customers and will take care of your issues timely.
