We've been a very pleased customer having quarterly service over the last 10 years. Living in S Tampa we have had many uninvited guest 2 legged, 4 legged n others too scary to count. Our latest was this past Summer/Fall when a gang of possums nested under the house - I went on the internet read a few stories from homeowners across the country and geared up for a do it yourself task which was not safe nor successful the smell of mothballs was overwhelming under the house which made me realize it was time to call in a professional. PestBear came to the rescue a professional team showed up - sealed up 20 opening under the house (raised home) placed traps checked on them weekly and removed 4 aggressive possums we left the trap under the house just in case PestBear returned cleaned up pulling out the contaminated installation the possums nested in - they still frequently check the trap. This battle lasted 3 full months we are grateful and so are our neighbors - before the moth ball trick we had our boarder collies doing the task loudly with barking but after the BC's carried one into the house with pride we realized it was time to call the professionals.
