I would give no stars if it was an option. The serviceman was extremely rude. Came to my home the first time and said it was a plumbing issue, plumber came out and said it clearly was a HVAC issue. When the same serviceman came out, he returned with an attitude, used profanity, and told me he didn't have to be there. He also advised he would write up the report to make sure the warranty company didn't cover it. I called the company to make a complaint and they have yet to return my call. I have never received such horrible service in my life.
