Tech knew his stuff very well. No issues.however, it took 4 or 5 times before a successful appt was made. I suggest you get to know the water availability schedule of your customers. Most of the time, your staff comes after noon when there is no water available which wasted their time and fuel. You should maintain the water availability schedule if every town and schedule service accordingly. Lucky for us, weather was nice so our lawn didn't turn brown.
