I’ve really only had one issue where the technician didn’t complete all the work before leaving. It was an inconvenience but he was sent back out another day at no extra cost to me. Just my time. Other than that hiccup I’ve had no issues. The inspections are done quickly and most of the time I don’t even have to be home.
