We've been using Home Paramount for several years and have always been happy with all aspects of service from first contact over the phone through monthly and quarterly services. If a problem arises, HP has always able to schedule an appointment to take care of issues quickly. Our current service tech, Brent, is great - we know we can depend on him for a good job.
