Absolute garbage!! On Wednesday, 9 / 6 the tech called me to tell me he'd be out to treat my outside property on 9 / 7. At 15:00 on 9 / 7 I called to find out where the heck he was. The Agent taking the call said the ticket had been worked on 9 / 6! Since all the fences are always locked on my property, I pointed this out. She did a quick recovery and asked me to hold while she contacted the tech. She came back on and asked for a contact number for the tech to call when he was on his way. Then I checked my e-mail and I find this steaming pile that was sent out on the same day he called me.

These bottom feeding lies happen all the time. (I'm getting this treatment for free because these same issues keep happening!)

I've complained long and hard about the ants in my yard. They've actually gotten worse!

I paid $86.00 for a silver fish treatment 2 months ago and they are still here! (Even after I had my entire engineered wood floor pulled up and replaced!)

Add this to the fact that a year ago I paid over $200.00 to have my new wood fence treated for insects and mold / mildew. Well the fence is now covered with mold / mildew. When I called and asked the Agent to research the issue and provide a possible solution, never got a call back.

Don't call please, send me a final statement showing the zero balance that I have and cancel all services you pretend to provide.

P. S. When your service is this pathetic how dare you tell me what language I can and cannot use!
