This last quarterly service will be the very last unless you can assure me that either myself or my Property Manager will get a call at least (2) days in advance of the day and time you plan on this service. I have a manager that needs to fit this trip into his schedule and (5) Tenants I need to inform as well. Yesterday Marty got a call when your service technician was in Perryville...! What's up with that. Nobody knew you were coming and therefore you could not service but (3)of the apartments. This is absolutely unacceptable.
