This was the first time Matt came to treat my house, I had Brian for years and it was perfect. Matt had a problem with me saying he was supposed to treat my yard for ticks and fleas, I have it in my contract and it’s been done that way for years. He said that’s under mosquito control and I didn’t have that he would have to check with the office before he could do that. He was kinda arguing with me about it. I told him to check with the office then but the next time he comes I expect it. Also he calls and asks if I want the inside of my house treated. I have the inside treated every time they don’t need to ask me that That’s what I pay for. Maybe it was because he was just new.
