Eric was our Boston area rep. He was personable and from what I can see he knows his stuff. He was not in a hurry, and showed me around the site. Let's not forget Kristen (spelling). She did a great job with Eric arraigning a day and time that fit into our schedule. The only issue I have is the company sends out way too many emails. Overall a great experience. I would recommend your company and would use you again. Let's hope I don't need to, however.
