The service at The Bug Man,LLC is excellent. My service technician is so nice. He treats me special like I am his grandmother! I am always glad to see him come. He explains everything in a way that I can understand everything he is doing. I was concerned about spiders recently...we had a good discussion about spider psychology and what spiders like and don't like. I found a bunch of them in a couple of old traps when cleaning closets. So, of course I became alarmed that we were infested with spiders. Then after we talked, I realized that it had probably been 10 years since I had cleaned out the closet! Just in case, he put new traps all over the house and insisted on coming back in two weeks to check them and make sure we are ok. I feel very secure that my house is protected. I will recommend this company often and am so thankful they are taking care of us. In these days, it is so good to have a trusted and reliable company like this to depend upon.
