All of the representatives that I spoke with during the process of discovering an animal attempting to break in through our attic space to the final stage of a permanent repair to our roof, were extremely knowledgeable and professional. I learned that while each homeowner's situation is unique to them in terms of the extent of damage, the animal(s), etc., the process seems to be the same for one and all. That is the part of the process that I did not always agree with.
Also, the animal care experts were very kind, helpful and responsive, especially when it came to removing a live animal that was trapped.
