I felt the company really covered all bases regarding this issue which is why I went with them. They didn't just go in and lay traps but they looked around for points of entrance and even pulled my stove and refrigerator. Carlos was the technician and he was very thorough in going through apartment and setting traps. Waiting 2 weeks for him to go back and finish putting mesh in places where he sees them coming in.
