A few things. 1. The guy who came I was very polite, but said he was fairly new, I think he said six months with NO training. 2. He asked me where he should spray, I told him the whole house, shouldn’t he have known that? 3. Asked if a tech came prior, I said no? 4. He said he could only do inside the house since it was raining, and someone would contact me about coming back to do the outside. I called, and they said someone would get back to me, as of 5/31 no one has called to schedule it.
