The technician was very nice, knowledgable and explained our primary ant problem to us in detail. my only confusion is that when I signed up for the home package the person on the phone described a number of services (look for cracks, fill cracks, treat interior, treat exterior, ants, wasps, rats...) and it just doesn't seem possible that all that happened in the brief amount of time he was here. the time inside was exclusively in areas where we pointed out the ants had been seen, but no other investigation and the time outside was about 20 minutes. maybe I just don't understand the process and should have asked, but in reflecting on the service i'm wondering if we got the same package we requested and paid for.
