I was very impressed with the response. A service tech and also a Supervisor were on site. I believe it was a training experience for the tech. The Supervisor was very good at instructions for the tech. He also answered my many questions about the service and the Carpenter Bees. They had to utilize an extension ladder to reach the area affected. The Supervisors instructions to the Tech were spot on. Safety was a priority.
