Cory was my tech. He was knowledgeable and personable. I appreciate that The Bug Man sends the same tech out each time. Cory also explained additional services they offered ONLY when I inquired (which I appreciated not being "sold" to). He did not pressure me at all or attempt to convince me to pursue additional services. I intend to continue their service.
