First time user to have a very large hornet nest removed. Representative (John) who took my call to schedule the appointment was great. Technician (Joe) was both pleasant and professional. The type of hornet was identified and the nest removal procedure was explained. Job was done quickly and completely. Will use again if other pest issues arise.
