I have been satisfied with my service thus far,however I was overly impressed with my last tech (Chris).Very professional,focused,patient and efficient.His efforts were calculated and done with a purpose in mind,this is not a knock on other techs,as I don't pay for Bad service..it's a Different level of concern and desire to satisfy his customer. If you allow personal service techs,"PLEASE MAKE Chris Mine.Thanks.
