I signed a contract and prepaid for one year of lawn fertilization and pest control by Nozzle Nolan. I was told when I signed the contract that granular fertilizer would be applied twice a year at the rate of 4.2 lbs per 1000 square feet of lawn. The same thing is also stated in my written agreement. However, when the technician came to apply the initial treatment he told me that Nozzle Nolan does not apply granular fertilizer and that service would not be provided. I do not think that is the correct or honest way to do business, if you contractually agree to provide granular fertilizer you should do it. I feel that I was mislead, if you do not provide granular fertilized, do not put it in the contract!!
