I'm a new customer receiving the mosquito service. I like company because of the nice price and the initial customer service i received was great.... Until Emmanuel came out and refused to spray my whole yard and certain problem areas I told him I had that was brought to my attention by the previous technician you all sent out. He argued with me and was about to leave and refuse to meet my expectations until I called and complained and management contacted him. He then finished with an attitude and left. Hopefully the next guy will be as pleasant and customer oriented as the people I spoke with to set up this contract and the first technician.
