Never called again that was getting service. O was home never knocked on door to let me know he was here. Wanted him ti spray giant ant hill in front flower bed but could not relay my concerns because never knew he was comming. Its not the techs fault i have called numerous times to let me know they are comming. I get calls one or two times then back to no calls. I have been customer since purchased and dont understand why the communication from a big company like yourself keep dropping the ball. Again its the the fault of the techs you send out. Because when i catch them they do anything i ask quicklwy and friendly. Someone needs to have a chat with the office staff which is making the guys ans gals that work with the public jobs more difficult. Thanks in advance for your cooperation.
