No I am not happy with your service and have not been for quite some time. After 4 missed appointments you finally showed up. I watched the service this time because I was wondering why weeds were growing and my back yard grass was slowly disappearing. The technician initially did a good job spraying chemicals with the hose; however, when it was time for the weed killing chemicals he spray a few weeds in a small area (less that 20' x 20' area on a 1/2 acre lot) and then quickly left. No wonder the weeds are out of control in my rear yard. He did not leave the normal receipt at the house. I left message and later talked with Steve the manager and he said he'd return the next day (today 7/10/19) with the technician and he'd take care of the problem. Guess what? No one showed up again. Of course I was charged full price immediately for a crappy job.
