Our Technician was extremely profession and congenial and did a very thorough job despite it being down-right hot outside. Joshua Jones did an excellent job of sharing information and followed up with the paperwork thereby meeting our expectations of the Terminix team. Now, we'll have to see how effective they were as only time will tel. Regardless, I have a feeling Joshua will stay on top of things!
