I called and got information about the services, scheduled appt the following day. Nice follow up with phone call and email. Impressed with details in the email about expectations of the first visit & picture of technician coming! Thomas was very professional, called 15 min before arrrival & came right on time. He was very nice and he explained well what was going on, where the problem was and the treatment plan. We hope to get rid of the mouse in our house soon. We are very happy with the excellent service from the staff-Leslie, Brett, and Thomas!
