A couple of days after we moved in here Brandon came and signed us up with your pool service. At the time that we signed the contract Brandon told us that after one year the salt converter would be ours to keep. We gave him a key to our front door, which was lost or taken by the first technician when he left the company. It was never returned so we had to have our lock rekeyed. We never know when anyone comes here as there has not been a tag left for months. When my husband called to complain that no one had serviced our pool for several weeks, the manager was VERY rude to him. When we told them we wanted to discontinue their service they told us that they would be out to remove the salt converter! My husband explained that Brandon told us that it would be ours to keep after a year (it's been two years). He was told, "Well Brandon is no longer with the company." It shouldn't matter whether he's with your company or not, promises should be kept. You are liars and cheats.
