Each year Cal Coast Termite & Pest Inc. perform a termite inspection of my townhouse complex and each unit. They are always friendly and professional. They treat any areas of infestation at the time of the inspection. Additionally, they have quickly responded to my request to come out to my unit and treat/eliminate a termite infestation - one time in the wall of my master bedroom, one time in the wood frame of my patio sliding door, and one time in a loveseat (which I then disposed of at the advice of the terminator).
