I was surprised to see the bug man in my RING doorbell since I had not arranged or agreed to have them come. My phone does not answer robo calls and so I did not know they were coming. I like to be home when they come, so I had to ask my neighbor to go over and show them where to spray, but she does not have keys to patios. I also like to pay in cash since I do not use checks. So now in order to pay them, it means either a trip to their offices (I've had to do this before) or figuring out how to pay Online, which I did this time. I do wish they would make real contact either through email or by calling with an identified phone number. As for the quality of work, it is excellent when they can obtain access to areas that aren't locked if I am home. Their customer service could improve, and I prefer to know when they are coming and I would like to grant permission, not just have them appear when convenient for them. I would have had the pets in and I would have turned off the water the day before. As it is, all pets were exposed to the chemicals since I was not home to contain them. I also was not there to open the locked patios, so they did not get sprayed. I will most likely go with another company if this continues.
