I recently enrolled in Viking Pest Control's Plus program. It provides on-call service whenever you have an issue with pests. I utilized this feature of the program and was pleased when I had concerns about cave crickets coming into my home. The operator scheduled an appointment at my convenience and the exterminator called me before his scheduled arrival. The exterminator answered all of my questions and was professional and responsive. I had Terminex previously and found that the exterminator assigned to service my home had lied about actually performing the service.
After bringing this to the attention of the local manager, the manager discovered my complaint was valid and indicated they would resolve the issue. But the company did nothing to compensate me for my claim, except to reimburse me for the one recorded incident of non-performance. I therefore switched to Viking, a local company concerned about performance and keeping their clients satisfied. Cost was about the same as Terminex. So far, so good.
