Pestbear does not realized that when a customer asks for service to be placed on hold - that that means do not treat lawn until advised further. This happened to us and we did not even know that they came until an invoice arrived for payment. When I called, the receptionist stated that (the technician) must have run out of signage....what about letting them person inside know that they were there then?????? Not happy about this. Then, another company came out the next day and treated our yard-they rang the door bell and I asked that they did not do the treatment and they understood and left. I am very angry -but mostly upset - that this company did not try to let us know they were here to work and then we could have said no. I want my yard to look good, but until I can afford it, work with me, if not, then take me off your client list. Tyler is a good man, he was doing his job, but I think that notifying the customer before doing the work must be a priority, in case something is happening with finances with the homeowners.
