I'm happy with the service, however I was not happy that someone came and I didn't get a reminder. They've resolved the issue and I need to reschedule them to come into my house. I also need the reminder call to tell me what house they are coming to, as we have an account with my 94-year-old father-in-law as well. We need to know prior to them coming so we can assist.
