Overall average. The technician came to the door when he arrived to tell us he would be conducting an outside termite assessment. He asked if we had any inside concerns. He was polite. He had some difficulty locating some of the termite baits due to new landscaping and replaced what he couldn't find. Unfortunately, he did not replace the mulch/stone over locations he replaced or checked so I had to go around and fix out landscaping after he left. Not sure why he didn't just put the stone back over the baits.
