No, I was disappointed that the service technician did not complete what the salesman told me would be done. The technician did not call ahead, he instead rang the doorbell which caused my dog to go crazy. Then he proceeded to only spray the front yard, I am assuming because he was afraid of our dog. I was told that he would check our irrigation system which he did not do. I reached out to Al our salesman to confirm what they were supposed to do.
