I was having billing problems for a few months - not getting the bills. Jaycee (spelling?) in the office was able to straighten it out and explained the office procedure for billing. Hopefully I understand now. She set it up for me to sign up to see my account online but unfortunately I let the 3 days elapse and missed the window to sign in. Can it be reactivated?
