We have been with your company for YEARS. We started using Lloyds when we lived in Huntington Bch. and continued service at our present location when we relocated 15 yrs ago. We have even recommended your company to our neighbors in the past. The level of customer service from the operators who field calls / emails is far below expectations. Many emails were not answered and someone at corporate decided to discontinued my service without my knowledge. Carlos is still one of the best technicians we've ever had. Happy to know he was promoted - well deserved. Looking to replace Lloyds with a more reliable company.
