I called because I was having my house painted and the painter found a white face nest right where he was working and he got stung. I called you and I was told he would be there the following morning at 8:00 a.m. and the cost was $295.00. He came and removed most of the nest. I paid him (which I think is too high), and then removed a few yellow jackets near my breezeway. Overall he stayed 30 minutes and told me if I needed him if we saw more bees to call him. That afternoon the painters found hundreds of other bees under the shutters. I call the office and she told me he would call back. He did but said he was busy for the next couple of days. Said the office would find someone else and call. No call until Wednesday and I was out. Then I got this e-mail. Hornet and wasp spray was used and they appear to be gone. As advertised you did come but it was the next morning. For 30 minutes of the bee remover's time, I think $295 is a bit overpriced. Average RI price is much less I assume on time spent. If I have more trouble while the painters are here I would like more information on pricing and 30 day warranty.
