We have been using Ram Pest for 6 months?? Ryan is a really nice guy. I think we were told at the beginning that all cobwebs would be taken care of outside, but I don't think they have been. I am not sure if all mouse traps are reset and checked each month??

We did call you as soon as we knew you had questions about your service. In the future Ryan will call you instead of text. We did not charge you for your last service. Please contact us should anything else come up! Thank you for being a RAM customer!!
