Colonial has been extremely sensitive to our needs. For years we attempted to battle Carpenter Ants in and around our home to no avail. Now I leave that to Colonial as they have done a tremendous job. My wife is also extremely allergic to bee stings. Colonial has promptly taken care of any nests that we have identified around the home. They always lets us know in advance when they are coming to the area and leave detailed notes of their treatments. I am very satisfied with this company and would recommend them to anyone.
