I have lived in my home since May 1, 2015 (6.5 years). After living here a couple years I hired Whitco to come quarterly just for basic bugs that get in the house occasionally. I let my landlords know that I got an exterminator and because they are awesome they paid for the service. Something happened and they switched to Cleggs approximately 1-2 years ago and I have worse bug problems than I did before I got an exterminator. I have NEVER had roaches and now and I see roaches daily. I have had 2 in my bed. I called them today to tell them I had roaches and the woman on the phone said, "That's normal. I have them too and have never had them before." It is NOT NORMAL!!! There is also a storage area under my house that they are supposed to be spraying. I know they go in there because the guy told me there are alot of spiders, but my landlord went into that area less than 2 months after they were here and could not believe the amount of spiders and asked me if they spray that area when they here. I am far worse off since Cleggs than I was before Whitco.
