I just found out from someone calling me saying my credit card didn't go through for$1600.00. This is shocking to me as I didn't authorize any type of service that warranted such a charge! It was NEVER discussed during any point that the salesman was here. He said that I had to pay $250.00 for the first service then $106 per quarter. Even during signing of the agreement it was never bought up that there was an additional charge of $1600.00 for extra services. I didn't request that. It was done without my knowledge.
