We are elderly and one of us disabled and the way our house is designed, the living area is in the rear of our house. We have REPEATEDLY requested that the techs NOT ring the bell when they arrive, as it is hard for us to walk the long length of the house to answer the door for an unnecessary summons. Yet every single tech continues to ring our doorbell every single time they arrive. We have requested NUMEROUS times through both the office and directly to the techs that we do NOT want this practice to continue, yet this annoying and dangerous (to us) nuisance has continued each and every time. We understand it is your company policy for the doorbells to be rung each time, but why are our numerous requests and authorization to stop the bell ringing at our home ignored? We will know they are there when we see them in the yard and that is fine with us. This practice is setting us up for potential injury while attempting to get to the door on time, thinking the bell is being rung for something important. We want it stopped or we will have to resort to looking into other means for pest control, which we would hate to do as your company has done a decent job to this point.
