I've used them for about 1-1/2 years. As of today I am CANCELING this company's service. I arrived home only to have a bill in my door indicating a tech had been out. No one called me. No one got a confirmation from me to come and service my property. This is not the first time. The "GOTCHA" with this company is to have a machine recording call a residence leave a message saying you have service scheduled...usually in less than 3 days. If you're out of town, they GOTCHA! If you're away from your home for a few days, they GOTCHA! If you no longer have the phone number on file GOTCHA! If you missed calling them back GOTCHA and your doorbell ringing at 8am on a Saturday morning! NEVER AGAIN!!!!
Victor the tech is a good professional guy, loyal employee and just works for the company....no control over scheduling :-( :-( :-( It's the GOTCHA company, no way in heck would I recommend Home Paramount!!!!!!!!
