You folks do a good job. One complaint, your billing communication is not great. I had a touch up mosquito treatment scheduled and it poured rain that night. Got it, but your guys came and sprayed this week as the charged treatment. I keep a calendar as a businessman. Don't miss a treatment promised and then flow it into a scheduled billed treatment. As far as I am concerned after that mess of which your folks called me in total confusion. If you want my confidence, just spray monthly for the billed and for the rest of the Summer just come every other week for touch ups.

As a businessman I don't have time to deal with your confusion. Just make it right. If a service becomes a pain to manage, I am off to a competitor.
