MAGGOTS have taken over and the earliest I can have the work done by you folks is December 6th. You took a deposit of 20%. If you have any cancellations, please please get someone here to remove the mouse, clean the exhaust fan housing and grate and clean the attic. Part of the quote is to secure the vents with screening or whatever to keep these pests out. It makes me gag to have to walk into the laundry room.
