I'm very pleased with the service I've received from Viking, in particular, their representative Frank. After he examined the property and the surrounding areas of my house, he explained the different treatment options and the benefits of each. If the carpenter ants are gone within the week, then I would give Viking 5 stars -- until I know if the treatment works, I can only review the rep.
