Carson took his time inspecting my property. He went under my house, which he said was "a maze" and came out with heavy breathing and sweating. He reviewed his findings and I received the written report shortly after.

My only wish is to have had pictures taken in the attic and under the house so I could see what was being described (but was told they don't do that).
